i don't really have the courage to ride my bike with heels on but i do admire the women who put fashion before this. perhaps if i lived in a town where there wasn't many drivers i could do so but the point is that i don't trust riding heels on bikes, period. anyone out there do?

Believe me, it's much easier cycling in heels than walking in them.
